1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge, provided we have not yet processed or dispatched it.
To cancel: Please contact us immediately by phone (+91 95603 43578) or email (Krownstone9@gmail.com). A cancellation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team.
If your order has already been packed or handed to our delivery partner, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, our standard Return & Refund policy below will apply once you receive the goods.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products as food items, we have a specific policy to ensure quality and safety for all our customers.
We accept returns and issue refunds ONLY under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Goods: The product arrived broken, spoiled, or in a damaged condition.
Incorrect Item Shipped: You received a product different from what you ordered.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind or personal taste preference.
If the product has been opened, used, or the packaging seal is broken (unless defective).
Orders that were accurately fulfilled as per your purchase.
3. The Refund Process
Step 1 – Notify Us: You must inform us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us via email at Krownstone9@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs/video of the damaged or incorrect product.
Step 2 – Our Review: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details. We will respond within 2 business days.
Step 3 – Return (if required): For incorrect items, we may arrange a pick-up at our cost. Please do not discard damaged goods; our courier partner may need to inspect them.
Step 4 – Refund Issued: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
