We pack and deliver your premium spices with the same care we use to select them. Here’s how we get your order to you.
1. Processing Your Order
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team carefully prepares and packs it at our facility in Gurgaon. This process usually takes 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India. Once your order leaves our facility, here’s a general idea of when you can expect it:
For major cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
For other tier 1 and tier 2 cities, please allow 5 to 7 business days.
For all other locations across India, delivery may take 7 to 10 business days.
These timelines are estimates from the date we dispatch your order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
3. Shipping Partners & Costs
We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order and will be shown to you before you complete your purchase. Any promotion for free shipping will be clearly mentioned.
4. Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey to your doorstep.
5. Important Points for a Smooth Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during regular hours. Our courier partner will usually make two attempts.
Double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
While we do everything we can to meet our delivery estimates, sometimes delays happen due to unforeseen events like weather, transportation issues, or local disruptions. We will keep you informed if your delivery is significantly affected.
Once the package is delivered to your provided address, the responsibility for it passes to you. If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with when it arrives, you may refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
6. International Orders
Currently, we only deliver within India and do not offer international shipping.
